Family Constellations

The focus of family and systemic constellations is to find out the truth hidden behind an issue (anxiety, guilt, insecurity, disease, relationship problems with the original family, present family, partner, children, and/or work and finances) and bring it into light. In recognising it, it becomes open to  resolution. As a participant, you are 'set on stage' with your own family (represented by group participants) or life situation. You give them a place according to your own feeling and then observe from outside the unfolding influencing dynamics.
 Family Constellation is a beautiful method for bringing relaxation, love and respect to yourself and others. It is also an effective way to alter the energetic field of your life and family, creating concrete change for the better.
