STEP ONE: SENSING THE BODY - enriching your being

In our body we carry many emotional memories and traumas which block us from deep, free breathing and a vital flow. In this way, we forget the ability to listen to our inner messages. Trauma is experienced as too much, too fast, too soon and it overruns the stimulus in the body, provokes deep feelings of helplessness and affects the nervous system. The trauma is held in the body, and only through body awareness and understanding can they be slowly dissolved and healed.
Sensing the Body is an opportunity to softly and gently look at new ways to approach shock, and trauma and how to be healed;
to release deep-held psycho-physical tensions; to rediscover the instinctive rhythm of your body by melting frozenness, completing the fight and flight responses, and reconnecting with your own reorienting response and innate healing power that you have inside; rediscover your most authentic needs, and nourish them. In a trusting and loving space, you will learn to connect with your own resources; to look at boundaries and start to respect them; to trust the body; to understand how trauma is created and what it does to us; to find out resources which will support your traumata and your daily life; to open up compassion, love and acceptance for yourself;
to connect with states of being, relaxation and meditation. Dance, sharing and meditation will help to build the ground for this special journey towards a more healthy and vibrant body.

STEP TWO: THE KID - hugging your inner child
|
Whatever age we are, our inner child is still inside of us needing to be thought about, loved and accepted in order to be truly alive and creative.
In The Kid we will relive different stages of our childhood to reconnect with the inner child who enriches our life with spontaneous love and joy. Through emotional release techniques, regression exercises, body movements, meditations, drawing and colouring, we will safely explore powerful emotions that originated in childhood. Through the exploration of the child-parent relationship, we will give them space to be honestly and fully expressed and released at last.

STEP THREE: FAMILY CONSTELLATIONS - conscious movements
|
This workshop explores the truth hidden behind an issue (anxiety, guilt, insecurity, disease, relationship problems with the original family, present family, partner, children, and/or work and finances) and bring it into light.
In recognising it, it becomes open to resolution. As a participant, you are 'set on stage' with your own family (represented by group participants) or life situation. You give them a place according to your own feeling and then observe from outside the unfolding influencing dynamics.
Family Constellation is a beautiful method for bringing relaxation, love and respect to yourself and others. It is also an effective way to alter the energetic field of your life and family, creating concrete change for the better.

STEP FOUR: AWAKENING OF LOVE - the door

"Awakening of Love" is a gentle workshop designed to shake the dust off your heart and give you a taste of the "Path of Love" process.
The workshop is about discovering ways to be more authentic and honest, connecting with yourself and others in ways that create trust and joy. We all have a longing for love and to be seen and heard. This work is about awakening that longing inside of us.
"Awakening of Love" is for people who truly want change in their lives. We work with honest, loving self exposure, supporting you to connect with your true strength and value through unique exercises and meditations. These days will ignite your passion to realize your true potential and to live with an open heart. From this place of self love and trust, life becomes an invitation into the unknown and anything is possible.

This group is dedicated to moving into relaxation and silence - essential for everyone's happiness.
Different meditation techniques and sharings will give you an opportunity to learn how to meditate, how to choose the best techniques for going deep into your inner world, and to have daily support on your meditation journey.
